Have MMU, worth upgrading to MK4S?

I recently upgraded my MK4 with an MMU3. Can I still upgrade it to MK4S as well and is it worth doing so or would I not benefit because can't use the high flow nozzle with MMU? Also, would I need a new version of the MMU?
