the quick answer it, you will not lose your place. I added a textured print sheet to my order and the made sure i selected. Go to the order and clicdkv on edit and then add what you want, pay for it and you will see the item next to the same order shown.Happy Waiting

You have to pay the same extra shipping cost as a new order for those parts would cost as the kits are pr packed and extras in an order get shipped separately

I use socks in SORBOTHANE, the best possible, ordered on Amazon, so I didn't have to take the risk of changing my order...:

My Mk4 kit should ship in the next week.

I'm thinking of adding some silicon socks to my order.

For those who have made changes to an order, to add a small part, 2 questions please:
- did you lose your place in the order queue?
- was there any major change in shipping cost?

For me adding extra items to an existing order didn’t affect the shipping or my place in the queue BUT I lost the 1kg of filament “gift” item and needed to ask customer service to add it back.

I added it and stopped when they wanted to charge TRIPLE the price of the socks on just the delivery!!

Strange.

I added some socks too.
The price for the socks was as shown in the shop and there where no additional shipping costs neither has the free filament been removed.
Whether I lost my place in the line .... no idea. At least there was no info that it would influence the date of shipping.

But I ordered my printer on 13.4. (shipping 31.7.) and added the socks on 10.6. already.
