What's wrong with it?
What's wrong with my printer? trying to print this model and stopped it because of this terrible print quality. I'm also having tolerance issues that the MK3S+ this was upgraded from had no problem printing. screenshot of slicer to show in what orientation it was printed in.
Is that just two perimeters with grid infill?
You are gettng some poor alignment where the corners between the facets of the design have nothing to keep them in place, an extra perimeter might be enough to smooth this or two. Also cubic might be a better infill type for this job.
What are the tolerance issues?

RE:
I'll try with another perimeter, the tolerance issues were on this phone stand that I have printed before, and when I printed it on the mk4, all the joints seized up. Temps being too high are not an issue as I print PLA at 195, I see similar deformation as here but I see that when the first layer is layed down, so I don't know if multiple perimeters would help
I would expect those cone bearings to be layer-height sensitive, are you using the same settings?

RE:
all of them have been printed in 0.2-0.15 mm layer height so that should not be an issue, also it printing weird on the first layer has nothing to do with that.
