I have a factory assembled MK4 running in the Prusa enclosure. I have only made 4 or 5 prints so far and everything was great. I am using the latest version of PrusaSlicer and was printing the files to build the Bento Box Air Scrubber. On the C-Mag pieces (there are 2 of them) the first one came out ok but has some signs of stringing. The second one was a big fail so I tried to print it again and it failed right away. I am using the same new roll of Hatchbox PETG. Here are some pics. Help! I don't need problems with my new printer already. 😲 The upper right print that turned out ok but showed some signs of the stringing that until now I had none.

I have been using the Windex trick to ready the bed before each print. It has worked for the last 5-6 prints. I am using the smooth sheet. How should I clean it better? Hot water and soap or isopropyl alcohol?

Update. It may have been my fault. 😋 I just realized when I sliced the file, it came into the slicer upside down. So I tried to use the button to lay it flat on the table after rotating it but nothing happened. So when I thought it was flat I sliced it and I remember an error message about needing supports. I thought that was odd saved the g-code anyway. Now I think after slicing it again that when I rotated the part it showed in degrees something like 90.115... so maybe the part wasn't flat the first time. But does anybody else have a problem with laying the part flat on the table? It seems easier in Cura. I am printing the part now and will report back later with the results.

It *does* look like the model was tilted off the bed -- that would explain the support warning, and what the lower-right object in your photo exhibits.
I downloaded the model (the same part with the "CMAG" letters). The design is, indeed, upside down. But PrusaSlicer's "place on face" worked perfectly; the slicing shows a fully flat layer in contact with the bed -- and no warnings when sliced.
Perhaps when you were rotating, you accidently grabbed the X-axis anchor and tilted the part a bit? That's all I can think of.

Yep! That was indeed the problem. I just started using Prusa Slicer a few days ago and although my last print turned out acceptable, there was a half inch or so section that looked like lines where the rest was smooth. I realize that again I used the rotate tool and got it close to 180 but not exact as it has a decimal with some small numbers at the end of the reading. I figured out the lay flat tool does work after you click on a face. My bad. Thanks for verifying the part does open upside down.
