upgrading the vanilla MK3 with the soldered heated cables
Hi, so I've ordered the MK3S+ to MK4 upgrade kit...My MK3S+ is actually a MK2S that is upgraded through the MK2S to MK3 upgrade kit. It came with a heated with soldered on cables. Since the upgrade kit states that the cables need to be replaced to the heated I am wondering how this will go or that Prusa forgot that there are some heated beds with soldered wiring out there....
RE: upgrading the vanilla MK3 with the soldered heated cables
I would contact support via the chat window.
I asked about the heat bed and was told that the only parts that will be reused in the MK3+ to MK4 upgrade is the power supply and the Frame. If you have the silver power supply, I would ask if it is compatible with the upgrade.
Keep a copy of the reply.
