Still trying to get get good first print

The nozzle clogged up on the first print.  When chatting with tech support they asked if I had a heat gun.  I did not so they had me turn up the hot end temperature to 260 degrees.  It started smoking really bad.  They then sent me a new nozzle.  When removing the hot end the thermistor fell out of its end cap.  So I ordered a new thermistor from Prusa, the exact replacement, a NTC 100K-90mm.  After installing the new thermistor and new nozzle there was horrible stringing.  Again chatted with tech support and they had me upgrade to the next minor firmware version to no avail.  They are now sending me a new thermistor with a different part number, NTC 100K-115mm.  I have been trying for over two months to get this printer up and running.  This has been by far the most disappointing printer I have ever owned.  They have a serious problem with either their thermistors or the hot end design.  In my mind they should have stopped shipping these printers until they get the design correct.  They seem to be fumbling around trying to get the design correct while at the same time shipping out new, defective printers.

The printer is fixed!  The NTC 100K - 115mm thermistor works.  If your thermistor breaks or you are having clogging issues, try replacing the original 95mm thermistor with this one.
