Raised lip forming when printing tubes or circular objects

My Mk4 keeps printing a raised line on the outside and inside of tubular objects. Anyone have an idea of whats going on or how to fix it? The first was duramic TPU and the next two are overture PLA+. Using 50% infill and surface ironing. I used the Amazon basics TPU settings for the tpu and Esun PLA for the PLA+ in prusa slicer.

Looks like the seams. By default it's set to aligned which puts them in a line like that.

In the preview window in Prusa Slicer you can choose to show seams and you can see where they will be on the printed part.

yeah, seams are inevitable (at least until scarf seams are perfected)
