Poor print quality with Mk4, using default slicer settings

Until now I had two Mk3S+ printers. The filament I use is Prusament PETG. I'm using the Prusa Slicer and the default settings.

I didn't experiment (and do not have the intention to) with all kind of print settings. By using the defaults I was always happy with the print quality. And after all I'm on Prusa because of the often praised ecosystem, which allows the user to print with proper settings out of the box.

Now I bought a brand new Mk4. With this highly promoted printer I expected at least the same results in terms of quality. Unfortunately I'm disappointed (see attached pictures). In both pictures the left strut was printed with the Mk3S+, while the right one comes from the Mk4.

Any idea, what is wrong?

Check your y axis belt tension.  Mine did this when the tension was too low.  The assembly instructions on belt tension are iffy and I had to tighten mine up.

I have to say, that other parts (printed with the same settings) are OK.

E.g. the following tile has four loops, one on each corner. These loops have the same outer diameter as the struts (see 1'st post) and their surface is OK.

The problem arises only, when I print the struts which have a circular cross section.

The quality of this tile is OK.

Even the perimeter of this loop is OK.

Thanks for your response. I checked the belts (especially the y axis belt). The are definitely tight enough.
