Mk4 self test troubleshooting help needed

I am setting up my mk4 kit and when I perform the self test, it fails for the z axis. the right z seems to move as expected but the left z doesn’t. Is there a way to troubleshoot that can isolate mechanical from electrical issues? I can control the z outside of the self test but when it goes into self test or the axis test modes it seems to freeze up when moving rapidly up.

Talk with support on chat. They will help you diagnose. Be prepared for quite a long process though. My right hand z motor was faulty, it took almost two weeks to convince support it was a fault and to get a replacement supplied. You will need to take pics and videos for support to understand the problem. Good luck!
