Cant print anything on new MK4 - Nozzle cleaning failed

I just got my new MK4 kit yesterday and finished building it today. All of the self tests passed. When trying to print anything, from the included usb or files I sliced myself, the printer fails at nozzle cleaning. Ive tried it both being preheated and letting it cool back to 170 and starting cold. Either way I make sure there is no filament hanging out before it starts. Im using PLA. Any ideas? Any way to disable this nozzle cleaning? I've checked reddit and this forum but only saw 2 people with even close to this issue but no resolution.

Have you checked if you have a completely or partially clogged nozzle? In other words, when you manually feed filament through the nozzle, via extruder motor command on the control panel, does it work properly and you get a nice consistent flow (even if it will be quite slow with manual commands) of filament out of the nozzle? If nothing passes the nozzle, possibly with some clicking noises of the extruder motor you have a complete clogg. A partial clogg is a bit harder to spot as it still extrudes but not as much and as consistent as it should.

If you see either of those two things you should do a cold pull. There is a guide how to do it on a Mk4 here: https://help.prusa3d.com/article/cold-pull-mk4-xl_445071

Brand new printer, so your first instinct should be to get on the chat with Prusa Support. 24x7 support is one reason you spent all that money. They can walk you through the troubleshooting and if it's hardware related get you replacement parts.

... and for PLA use a satin or smooth sheet, not textured.

Log into your Prusa account and use Chat to contact support.

Turns out updating the firmware to 4.7.0 fixed it. Thanks for the suggestions though.

RE:

That's funny, I didn't start getting it until the first print after installing 4.7.0 firmware.

I can't print now ... Been using my MK3* until I hear a fix.  Plus it has the MMU2S...

$1k paperweight.

I know from someone where it was a loose contact in the Loadzell cable.

Maybe check all plugs and cables of the Loadzell again.

I'm running in to this issue. Brand new printer and I was trying to print one of the included files.

Hit print and it fails the nozzle cleaning step.

Everything passed in the initial self check.
Does the latest firmware update resolve this?
