You have a problem with the filament and extrusion, not the supports. The term 'stringing' also applies. You may want to do a temp tower test and maybe even dry the filament.

This filament was new, so drying will not a solution.
i searched for stringing and oozing and how to setup the retraction. I tried some options, but I didn’t noticed any difference
