Unable to verify Extruder Type
Just completed the upgrade of my MK3.9 to a MK3.9S (originally a 2018 MK3). 6.4.0 firmware.
Fired it up and to my dismay got an Error# 23615 "Unable to verify Extruder Type, check connections”.
Checked connections to no avail. Would there be a problem with the love board? Looking for any further trouble shooting advice.

sounds like you did the steps here.
Did you reach out to support so they can assist you further to identify the problem? Might be a good option for you.
