Need referral for MK3.5/S
I fried the lower half of the print head overnight with PETG. Trying to recover as much as I could, I fried more with my heat gun. Duh? My question is: 1. Are there repair sources available in the US? 2. If so, can I disassemble the print head and send just those parts or do I have to send the entire printer? I originally assembled the 3.5 upgrade a few months ago, but am now pressed for time in other areas of work. I would like to have this done by a repair agency to save my time. Thanks for your opinions.
