mmu3 kit not taking firmware update.
Just got to the firmware update step on my mmu3 kit and the printer sees the mmu but tells me the fw is out of date. I've tried my desktop and laptop for fw update and it's been fine in the past updating the printer itself on either desktop or laptop. prusaslicer sees the printer on the correct port but not the mmu. I've tried resetting the mmu with the button before and during the attempted flash. When the mmu boots all lights are green except 4. 4 blinks red a few times before the lights turn off and the printer tells me the fw needs updating.
Any ideas? I've reached out to prusa a few days ago but no response yet. both pc's are running windows 10 if that makes any difference.
