Will Prusa ever ship the semi assembled XL??
I paid my deposit in November 2021, and having contacted the Chat system, I'm told that fully assembled XL's are shipping about a month after the order, but there are NO PLANS AS YET TO SHIP THE SEMI ASSEMBLED XL, which is what I paid the deposit for.
It seems Prusa has taken my deposit and has proven unwilling to provide the goods.
This is not good customer relations. The least they could do would be to ship say, one semi assembled for every 10 fully assembled, in order to show due diligence in looking after customers who have already put money down for the printer.
I was told that I could add around another $500 plus the additional shipping costs to my order, and have a fully assembled printer shipped to me in about a month. This really isn't showing any intention to honour the contract made with me to ship a semi assembled model. I live in Australia, and the fully assembled printer costs a lot more to ship, as well as being more expensive.
I think Prusa should publicly state that they have no intention to ship the semi assembled printers, so we can be clear about their attitude to us.
What do you think? Should I just get my money back and buy a voron kit, or something else I can actually purchase?

I'm not at all impressed by your reply. Unhelpful, and dismissive.
Support are, of course, the only option available to raise this issue with. Apart, that is, from the forum, hence my post.
Thanks for completely ignoring the issue. Exactly what I expected.
Unless customers like me keep raising the issue in the only available places, it seems likely that we'll be waiting another 18 months before anyone takes any notice of the problem.
And, yes, this is a problem.

there is no issue to raise with the support.
the current estimates are clearly posted on their shipping table as always and the support will not be able to tell you anything else.
semi assembled printers have already shipped by the way, theres just a very long backlog of pre orders to get through.

Single-head semi-assembled XL started shipping on May 29. Two-tool semi-assembled XL will start shipping around July 31. Five-tool semi-assembled will start shipping around August 7. Your specific shipping date depends on how late in November 2021 you ordered.

Single-head fully-assembled XL's started shipping on March 13 & only recently started shipping day 2 pre-orders. So odds are that unless you ordered in the first minute, you won't get your email this week.

According to the shipping table, “The dual-tool assembled printers are shipping already (shipping started in the week of June 19th). We are switching pre-orders placed in February 2022.”
However, my dual tool assembled order was placed 11/19/21 and I’ve still received nothing. I asked support 4 times over the past 3 weeks and all they can tell me is I’m in the queue. I’ve even asked if I’ve accidentally been skipped and can’t get an answer. Not sure what else to do at this point if anyone has any suggestions?

Here is what I think: Yes, you should, it will make you sleep better and lower your blood pressure. I'd opt for "something else", get yourself something nice.
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

As stated before, it took 3 months to get through the first-day orders of single-head assembled XL's. Hopefully, they're getting faster at filling orders, as they are expanding capacity & will get faster with experience. But if you ordered in day 2, it will still be many weeks before they get to your 2-head order.

The Feb 22 date is for switching pre-orders from kit to assembled (or from multi to single heads). If you want to switch from 2-heads to single, you should let Prusa know. That could move you up in line.
