I think the frame is the same size.  I don't have a MK3 to compare, but I have printed some models designed to clip onto the top of the MK3 frame and they clip onto my MK4 frame just fine.

Beware, however, that the extruder carriage is taller than the mk3, and can hit items that project forward from the top of the frame.

Thanks ScottW for the heads up regarding the height of the extruder.  I may have missed that.

My only real complaint right now is the lack of commands needed for serial hosts, like Octoprint (i.e., M117, M601/602, M73, M412, M20 L, M24, etc).  The print quality has been good, and the first layer calibration has been magic!

Don't know anything about serial hosts.  I'm just a simple older 3d printer guy. 

I have struggled with my decision to get an MK4 just because of other printer choices that have recently come forward.  The longer the waiting goes the more unsettled I get with waiting.  I have had excellent service from my MK3S, so am hoping that the MK4 will live up to it's predecessor. Also hoping the Input Shaper will shave off some printing times.

Anything you've mounted to the frame will fit on the mk4. It's the same dimension as the mk3.
