Hey Joan,
Not to my knowledge. I am/was rickm-2. Have PM'd you previously for all your great help/advice. I did chat with customer service about it today while discussing another issue related to inability to work filament user presets effectively, and they said they'd look into. Hopefully so. Not a huge deal but would like to be able to see past discussions.
