Nice you asked.

The Prusa font is outdated. It needs an update - anyone can see: It failed looking retro already a long time ago. Hire a font designer. Maybe a consultant who knows about such things.
They aren't cheap though and might require e.g. a marketing campaign to bring the audience in tune with the obviously necessary new font. And don't forget to update letterheads and business cards or it's not real. And building signage.

Still doesn't work? Sorry, broken beyond repair at corporate level...
... A final act of desperation, maybe put the marketing money into the products instead. And maybe (maybe!) community will get attracted to them simply because they work.
