Please no! I do not like yet another "Do you really want to..." click style. This is annoying and especially because of that does not help since over time these tend to be clicked blindly.

Initially, I also forgot 2 or 3 times to change the selected sheet profile. Since then I made it a habit to put the new sheet slightly rotated onto the bed as a reminder. Enough so, that it is really obvious. Only after I changed the profile to the appropriate one I immediately shift the sheet into the correct place. Of course, there are ideas going further like e.g. RFIDs, but such might lead into vendor lock in.

I would really love to see to be able to select the material type on the printer directly, without having to slice the thing on the computer.

The SD card I/O is failing because an idiot designed the LCD control board. Fix that and all of the SD issues and LCD issues would go away.

Clearly you don't understand what a Slicer does.  If you want to select material at the printer, then slice three files: one in each material and save them to the SD. Then, at the printer, select the correct file for the material you want to use.

Rush through level to save 15 seconds, then wait for 3 hours while the part prints. I do not understand this.

I don’t know if it’s a limitation of USB vs SD card but the print the latest upload feature on the Mini is a huge time saver if you have multiple printers. I’d like to be able to insert a SD card into my MK2.5’s and just have it ask if I want to print the latest file uploaded. I can click yes and away it goes. Same as mini

Change sheet by gcode so it can be assigned in the slicer.

Like tool switching:

• S0..S4 = Sheets 1 to 5
• Sx = Select sheet via UI

If you were an electronics engineer or even a fair technician I wouldn't have to explain it - it's that obvious. Suffice it to say the circuitry is very badly designed. One example, 20 wires, 15 signals, two basic control paths (LCD/SD), one ground used; another is no thought of controlling impedance for cable interconnect (the Einsy end does). 

You don't fire square waves down random wires and not expect them to arrive at the other end unperturbed.

It's actually worse because the ribbon cables have no isolation between signals, so there is also crosstalk running loose.

I have to concur.  I understand the want to shave off 15-30s but it makes sense to have a better leveled printer.

I think it's a problem with sensing the pulses being generated by the knob/shaft encoder. When I am setting the temperature manually for the nozzle or the bed, it almost always "overshoots" and I have to dial back a click or two to get it where I want it. It's not really a problem if you are expecting it, but it is annoying and could be fixed (I think).

Is this the same problem that causes the SD card to not be recognized when I plug it in? This happens on both my MK3s and I frequently have to jiggle or unplug/replug. I'm always afraid it's going to vibrate loose during a print and ruin it, but that hasn't happened.  Yet.
