I'm running into this too on stock Chrome. No add blockers or anything. I was able to get the window and button back by blowing away the prusa specific entries in web storage. Like a bunch of other people, I assume chat was down or something. In searching around, it seems like it's been a problem for a long time. Can you get some people on it?!

i am in the uk, chat appears after a delay of 3 to 5 seconds after landing on the prusa3d.com page.
when I was new in 2016, this delay caught me out...

Waiting doesn’t fix it in this situation. I can bring up an incognito window and get in, but a regular window will never come up.
