What do I need to calibrate to fix this?

I have bought a kit and tried to do calibration and Live Z adjustment (set to 900 now).

For objects passing 1-2cm height, I get bad results and many times it completely fails after it reaches that height.

Layers above 1-2cm do not stick togheter anymore or are set at a distance.

You can look for the smart temperature tower on thingiverse and print that to find what temperature that filament gives best layer adhesion, stringing and detail, but it is also possible that filament is wet. What is the filament and how has it been stored?
