Website suggestion for orders in the "New" state.
When checking the status of open orders on your website, instead of just saying "New" for orders that are waiting for the order to be produced, list the number of orders for that product in front of your order. If the order contains multiple items show the largest number.
For example:
Current:
Order # Date of Order Order Total Cost PAID
NEW
Suggestion:
Order # Date of Order Order Total Cost PAID
100 ahead of you
Something like that.
That would give us a vague idea of how long it might take before our order is shipped.
