Website ordering broken?
Im trying to place an order from US.
I have tried 2 different credit cards, both being declined, even though there is plenty of room on each, and my bank says its not them (the bank) declining the card (she said she doesnt even see it hitting their system).
If I look at order history, it shows a bunch of "awaiting payment" and a few cancelled.
I want to get a printer (and MMU and filament) !! 🙂

I have problems using the credit card option on the website. It will let me place the order, but the card never works, seems to get hung up somehow.
I never have a problem using PayPal as a payment option. My PayPal account is linked to my credit card, so exactly the same outcome, but using PayPal as the middleman. So if you haven't done so, try that as an option.
If you are still having issues, I'd suggest talking to Prusa Support by clicking the "Chat Now" button of the bottom right corner of the eShop pages.

I did try the chat, said they were busy, 10-30 minute wait, never came online (Im guessing they like Saturdays off too 🙂 )

Actually I just got off the phone with Citi (where both cards are) and they said Yes, it was their fraud dept denying it due to amount and foreign location. She said she put in some notice or something that SHOULD let it go through, but just tried and still declining, so Ill try again tomorrow

Glad to hear you got this worked out. That was perhaps why my credit card attempts never worked -- I didn't even think of the unusual foreign charge fraud protection being a factor.
BTW, this forum is user-to-user support only. No one from Prusa actively reads or responds to posts, questions, or issues. The eShop chat is the best way to reach Prusa Support.
