Vibration noise
Hi,
I had a perfect working MK4 -- then I installed it to the enclosure. Now I get vibration noise at "fast" movements, which disappears when touching the heatbed "with two fingers". Anyone knows by chance how to get rid of that vibrations (other than keeping the fingers on :-))?

have you tried taking the printer out of the enclosure? does the noise still occur?
Have you checked that the printer is correctly assembled? could the Y axis motor be touching the rear panel of the frame on the printer?
is the printer seated properly on the base of the enclosure, or does it wobble even a tiny bit? If it wobbles, try to resolve the cause of the wobble and try again, if there is no wobble, can you move the printer a little inside the enclosure to see if that affects the noise?
similarly is the enclosure firm on it's support? can you move the enclosure a little, side to side, or front to back, to see if that affects the noise
there could be a harmonic sympathy between the heatbed and the enclosure
Is the noise coming from one of the panels of the enclosure vibrating? if so, could the panel or fittings, be loose? a quick and dirty resolution, may simply be adding a blob of 'Blue Tac' in the middle of the panel that is vibrating.
Or adding a blob of bluetac to the power connector cover on the heatbed.

Check all screws around Y axis, including motor and rods - it helped in my case, some went loose after several prints (must haven't been tightened enough). Noise wasn't that noticible before I put it in enclosure.

After the print has finished and I could "judder" the heatbed a little, I am quite sure, the vibration is sourced somewhere around the bearing on the right of the heatbed. I am gonna check those screws, which does not seem to be simple as they cannot be reached easily. The rod seem itself seem to be tight.

PS: As the printer was bought "assembled", I really hope that it is in principle correctly assembled 🙂
