Very strange sound when loading filament

Hi, not sure if this issue is related to the one I posted yesterday about the effect of cold weather on the printer

https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/english-forum-general-discussion-announcements-and-releases/static-shocks-when-touching-the-build-sheet/

I could not go to the main menu last night to unload the filament so I turned off the printer by unplugging the power. This morning I tried again. When I tired to load the filament, very strange sound came out. I contacted support. He asked me to open the idler door and checked if the small black screw inside the extruder is tightened. That screw is already tightened and it is in line with the flat part of the screw. Without filament, pressing Load caused the rod inside the extruder to turn without strange sound. Then, Support asked me to put everything back and pressed Load without the filament. Again, just small normal sound. However, when I inserted the filament inside and pressed Load, very loud strange sound showed up. I thought it were filament problem so I changed to another one. However, same problem. Anybody knows what is wrong and how to fix it?

Too cold environment and static charges of the person touching the printer is often a problem. This can usually be solved by discharging yourself first by touching a grounded metallic object and warming up the printer for about 15 minutes before starting the printer.

Also try heating the nozzle to 280 degrees C. and loading the filament manually. If this does not work, there is a blockage somewhere in the extruder or hotend. Have you checked the nozzle and the hotend PTFE for damage?

I would also check the ribbon cables on the LCD and on the Einsy board for loose contacts.

Joan suggested a strategically placed cup of tea, just to get things started.

I noticed that static shock happened often in this situation:

After the print job was completed, I took the sheet with the print to the toilet to remove the print from the sheet. Return to another room and put the sheet back to the printer. At this instance,  I often got static shock and the LCD screen turned blue with no word in it.

Is touching the black power supply sufficient enough to prevent this from happening? The place where the printer is located has no carpet.

If I just ignore the sound and continue to use the printer, will I cause further damage? I don't know what is wrong. I tried to load a new filament to it and that strange noise happened again. Without the filament, pressing Load did not cause any strange sound.

Just touching the metal frame or the power supply should be more than enough to equalize the charge difference.

Also, you should not be getting this if your power supply is properly grounded.

This is what I do to discharge static.  I have never tried the cup of tea.

What does a cup of tea has to do with the issues I have?

Strange sound suddenly disappeared. It auto fixed by itself. What could be the reasons for the loud strange sound?

There must have been some misunderstanding. This is rather related to the Mintemp error and a too cold environment for printing.
