hi am thick sorry can some one tell me when i will have to pay the balance of my invoice i have payed 200 it says i have to pay 50 when it arrives in uk who do i pay the delivery company or prusa thanks i cannot find any info on line thanks

The delivery company should send you an invoice, I got mine after I recieved my order.

I seem to remember UPS did charge something on top, something like a tenner? It was right when we left the EU so things might have got ironed out by now though.

Unfortunately it's not up to Prusa, it's entirely up to the carrier and each one will be different and they love to change their minds.

And the fees by carrier are not just a UK thing.  Or Prusa.  Happens all the time.  In Canada, it can be brokerage fees on top of custom fees.  It is part of being in a different country and can be a shock.  When I ordered my MK3s+ in March, I was expecting the fees due to experience.  In your case, due to BREXIT, the UK now has to deal with this from the EU.
