Thermal error

Hello,

When I was printing, I got a message “Thermal error”. Therefore, I tried to calibrate it but it wouldn’t let me. I started to get concerned, so I searched for a way to fix this. I found a guy who was having the same issue and he recommended that I needed to turn off the printer, plug out all the cables from the main board (leaving only the LCD cables), turn on the printer, install the newest firmware, plug in back all the cables and the problem would be fixed. Spoiler alert it didn’t work. So I went to Prusa website and they recommended that I need to do PID calibration and thermal calibration. And that didn’t work either, but now it says “thermal anomaly”. Does anyone have ideas how to fix this? I have i3 MK3S+
