Hey everyone; 

A limited number of Prusament spools, specifically Prusament PLA Galaxy Black manufactured between March 13 and May 13, were made from an incorrect masterbatch and then mixed in with the normal production spools. While the color and tolerance are identical to a standard spool, spools made from this masterbatch could cause print issues, including possible nozzle clogging.

So far, we are aware of only a handful of cases where this likely happened. Still, if you received a spool of PLA Galaxy Black manufactured between those dates and experience any issues, reach out to us via email [email protected] or via live chat and we will send you a replacement spool free of charge. 

Take note, that the shipping and production dates are not the same. To check the production date, you can either view the box itself, or scan the QR code on the spool to see the exact times.
