Support Chat Box Disappeared
I've been having this problem for a few months now where the chat box for customer support in the bottom corner of the website doesn't show up on my browser. I've used the chat window many times before and the chat window still appears on my phone but that's much more inconvenient. I've tried clearing caches and other browsers. I've even tried it on my laptop and at this point I have gotten a new computer. The chat is no where to be found! Anyone every experienced this? Waiting in the que on my phone is annoying because if my phone locks for too long I get kicked out.

do you use add blockers and popup blockers?
they can stop chat from showing.
I found that I Was in such a hurry to find the page with Chat on it, that |I Switched pages too fast and shot myself in the proverbial foot.
Chat appears about 3 seconds after the web page opens, on my laptop.
