Struggling to use bobstro's profiles. Please help me
Folks, I need a little help here.
I am embarrassed to post that I have been struggling for hours if not days to be able to use downloaded profiles, mainly from bobstro's website. I have spent a lot of time reading on his website and specifically on his page: https://muppetlabs.co/3dprinting_prusaslicer_profiles.html# but I am not getting it. Maybe this is all too complicated for my old, feeble brain 🙁
Seems to me it is a dependency problem. Print settings are dependent on which printer or filament is chosen in the drop down, and vice versa. I have changed some dependencies, but no matter what I do inside PrusaSlicer, I cannot get a desirable combination of print settings, filament and printer to show up. Seems like the moment I change the printer, the print settings from bobstro disappear. System presets, user presets, add-remove, OMG, there are sooooo many drop downs, so many settings that my mind is hurting now. And I thought I was tech-savvy!
I wish there was easy way to get all these downloaded profiles/settings appear all together.
How do you all download and import profiles and make them work?

So that means either what I am asking is not do-able or it is so simple that I am making myself look stupid by asking this question.
Any help is highly appreciated! Maybe post a link to a "how to" for a poor newbie please?
I did look at his own website's "how to". though. But maybe my feeble old brain could not make sense of it. Sorry.
All changes are temporary, used for one print, unless saved. Next to the title at top of page are the icons to rename and save, then they appear on the dropdown lists.
