stainless steel coloured filament (pla, petg)?
hi, i am wondering if there is a filament out there, that has is coloured as close as possible to stainless steel - what includes being a bit shiny.
i already browsed the whole silver/grey sortiment of 3djake e.g., but beside steel gray or the typical silk silver (like in the image) i did not find something coming close.
i am limited to petg or pla at the moment, since i do not have an enclosure for my mk4s - but i happily take advise for other materials too if i upgrade one day.
in the picture: a stainless steel part for my bathroom and the existing silver silk filament i already have.

It’s hard to match the polish of SS, but Overture Pro PLA Silver is about as close as I’ve seen.

I doubt you'll match it with plain filament.
Try painting the part with metallic silver enamel, allow it to dry thoroughly, and then lightly polish it to take the reflection closer to the brushed steel finish of the original parts. Use a light metal polish, medium grit emery powder or even toothpaste - take it in small steps: polish a little, wash clean, and check; it's easy to overdo it.

in another shop it is called silver metallic. a little bit confusing, but if there is only one silver in this line, it may be all the same.
