Spurious Step

Hi - I am printing a simple tray which is a test piece for a more complex item at some point. The tray in the attached photos is 170x115x10 and has a cut out 5mm deep. The walls are 5mm thick and the base is 5mm thick, so a uniform section all round. There are fillets in the corners where the walls meet the base. I am getting a "step" around the outside of the print which is exactly at the coincident of the walls and the base, ie 5mm up from the bottom or 5mm down from the top, whichever way it's viewed. It's not massive and is the same all round, but the photo makes it look far worse than it is. It could be sanded out on the final item, but I would like to eliminate this at the print stage if possible. If anyone has any ideas on this, then that would be great - Cheers

Search here for 'buldge' - yes, the misspelling is significant.

Cheerio,
