slicer messages- "tool head outside print area"
What does this mean? Is the tool head the nozzle point? Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

RE: slicer messages- "tool head outside print area"
Means something you are slicing extends outside the printable area. Aka:greater than 210x210x250 mm.
Often it's the skirt or support patterns that are created when you slice.

Yes, essentially the nozzle. Do check to see if a brim or skirt extending beyond the printed part might be off the edge.
