Slicer help - unifying multiple parts

I am learning slowly how to get the best out of my Slicer! but I am a bit stuck and wonder if anyone on here has any idea if you can unify items. What I mean by this is I have 10 thin leaves that I want to print joined at one end. I am trying to line all the parts up but I cannot work out how to make sure they are all perfectly aligned and in a neat row. Some seem to be on a slight lean also.

Does anyone have any experience in this area?

Slicer isn't a good tool for design. Try out Tinkercad - it is web based, free and pretty easy to use.

In Slicer, if you have items you want to "join," simply make sure they overlap.

Please don't do what Tim suggests.  Objects are sliced individually in Prusa Slicer.  If you overlap different Objects then you will get gcode path conflicts.  To print over lapping objects you must first merge them into a single Object.  At that point they will slice without conflicting extrusions.
After merging they will be a single Object with multiple Parts.

Other than that I agree with Tim that the slicer is not the best place to do what you want, a suitable Cad package is.

Here's what Neophyl is saying happens. It isn't that dangerous while printing, but not something you want to do as a normal work flow. The printer runs over prior extrudes all the time when doing most infill patterns, on large parts this can cause collisions and assorted odd effects.

You can fix this issue by exporting the PLATE as an STL then reload the STL, which results in this (left):

It is absolutely detrimental to have multiple lines of extrusion in the same physical space.  Unless you don't care about damaging your printer that is.

Exporting the plate is one way of doing it and I suppose if you have loads of Objects to do might be quicker, possibly,  however you can also use the normal way which is select both Objects and right click and use Merge.  No need to export the whole platter and load it back in.

You know, years of using Slicer and I never knew there was a way within Slicer to Merge objects directly on the bed. Thanks.
