Re: Slic3r PE Slicing problem
Problem is not in slicer but in model. I have this problem with some downloaded model and use https://www.trinckle.com/en/printorder.php to repair it. Or if you are familiarized with blender, you can use it.

Re: Slic3r PE Slicing problem
The latest 1.39.2 Slic3r PE from the 2.1.5 driver pack has some problems, IMO. If you are using this, I'd downgrade back to 1.39.1 or try the 1.40.0-alpha. You can try to repair the file using Windows 10 3d Builder, service.netfabb.com, or makeprintable.com. If Slic3r doesn't say the file has errors in the lower right, there's nothing to repair.
Re: Slic3r PE Slicing problem
The newest Slic3r-1.40.0-alpha1 should handle these models much better. Please note it is an alpha, use with caution.

Re: Slic3r PE Slicing problem
You can also repair files like that easily with the Microsoft 3d builder.
That works very well (for me).

Re: Slic3r PE Slicing problem
The current Slic3r PE has the option to call the NetFabb repair service. This is the same service that the Microsoft 3D Builder is calling, so you should get exactly the same results.
