"Shipping soon"
What's the use of changing someones order status to "shipping soon" if it's still going to take days before anything happens? Now on the 4th day of "shipping soon". *sigh*

Chat to them. I had this twice, was chatting and the order has been released 😉

I had the Sam issue 3 times. I chatted with them and asked them to check on my order. It shipped within 24 hours of the chats.

And shipped now, haha. So you can better chat straight after the order 😛
