Sales to Norway and Norwegian VAT tax -> Can Prusa regiter in VOEC register?

Hello.
I live in Norway and I have a big wish for Prusa research.

Could you look into posibillity for You to register in Norwegian VOEC (Vat On E-Commerce) register?

Why it is importand for us Norwegians?
The shipping cost to Norway are great, but we have to pay VATtax on arraival which is OK.
DHL doeas it for us, but they have a huge fee for doing it.

Few days ago I got 21 spoles for fillament. I payed €477 for it. I had to pay 25% VAT tax = €120 and €44 in DHL fee.

If Prusa is registered in VOEC register, and they pay VAT directly to Norwegian goverment  and DHL will not charge us this fee.

Life example: If I order 3 spools of fillament, and pay €60 for them + €11 for shipping. Then I pay €15 in VAT and €40 in DHL fee.
VAT tax is fine, shipping cost is great, but this stupid DHL fee. €40 is e lot!

Please Prusa, consider it.

+1 for this. got a lot of friends who want to buy Prusament and other Prusa products, but when we pay the vat tax afterwards we have to pay an additional 40€ on top of the vat for every parcel bought.
this makes us try to use alternative products and suppliers when possible. Considering the amount of materials we use in our local group for testing and prototyping projects, it's safe to say Prusa may be missing out on a part of the Norwegian market.

I just checked the VOEC list ( https://www.skatteetaten.no/bedrift-og-organisasjon/avgifter/mva/utland/e-handel-voec/nettbutikker/ ) and Prusa Research is listed, but I don't see any Norwegian tax added when I add products to the cart and chose shipping address. Would be great if someone at Prusa could fill us in on the status of this.

As it is not known how accurate Prusa is reading all topics in the forum I would recommend to you to go into direct contact with Prusa solving this issue. Use email or try to use Prusa Chat.

Best regards, Clemens
