Response expected from Prusa?
I had a chat on Friday to open a support call for an MMU issue (the well known overcurrent error). I got the message they will send me a new xBuddy board.
I did not receive any confirmation about the chat or the agreement by mail.
I asked for an update yesterday via the general form. No trace of that either. (not expecting an answer, just an automated response with a copy of my question and a ticket nr)
Is it normal not to receive some sort of mail that confirms they will send me a new part as agreed via chat?
What is the expected delay for sending replacement parts?
Also: is the chat a bot? (hard to tell these days)
RE: Response expected from Prusa?
I, too, had a chat with Prusa Support about the very same MMU overcurrent issue. The fix is to replace capacitor C96 on the xBuddy board. Support said they would send a new board, but it might not have the new capacitor. But I haven’t heard back from them since (4 days ago).

RE: Response expected from Prusa?
I went via the chat again.
They confirmed the new board is on order and will be sent to me in the next days.
I will only get a UPS tracking mail for shipping.
No mails to be expected from Prusa about the chat.
BTW: If the new board fixes the issue, I will report in the MMU forum. Plenty of similar cases there, I have not read them all.
RE: Response expected from Prusa?
To come back to my own question.
I did not receive any reaction to the question submitted via form.
And since the last chat, almost a week ago, I didn't receive a tracking mail either.
I bought Prusa with customer support in mind. A bit disappointing.
