Prusament PETG irritation
My roll of Urban Gray has overlapping wraps. This caused a feed problem and a crash error. Now to complete my print, every hour or so I have to pull a meter or two off the reel and re-roll it to avoid the built-in tangle. New user... I don't know if I could pause, retract, untangle and resume the print.
But Prusa, please look to quality control.

Take the spool off of whatever holder it's on and "unreel" enough filament to allow you to walk 2-3 feet away from the printer. This should give you enough slack to loosen and "untie" any knots or tangles by passing the entire spool through the snag. You will probably have to turn over (not roll) the spool one or more times until the "curve" of the filament conforms to the curvature of the spool and remaining filament. THEN carefully re-roll the spool and return it to its holder.

That's good, but pausing can sometimes cause unwanted "artifacts" or lines that are difficult to handle "post-print". My suggestion eliminates such pausing issues; just keep printing while untangling.

Always keep control of the end of the spool, you have allowed the end to pass under a loop and now you will have to chase it back through the whole reel until you can unload, untangle and reload.
This is th purpose of the filament clips that some people find useful but good spool handling habits are generally enough.
