Yeah, I chatted with them, but they only said that it was under investigation and that I could keep buying on the shop, but they said nothing about the extra cash that we have to pay due to the issue. 😕

I know this problem happened to several costumers (like me) and that it is under investigation, but... if I make a new order with this shop bug, will I get a refund once it is solved?

For those who may not be aware of what bug I am talking about, let me explain it:

2 months ago, I noticed an increase of shipping cost to Spain. I have made 3 orders previously and shipping cost was around 8€. Now, using the same direction, the shop tries to charge me 29,61€ (same products, same estimated weight, same shipping method). I reported it and they started to investigate it.

I don't know how much time they will need in order to fix it, but I want to buy an MMU 2 but I don't know if I will get back the excess money that I have to pay .

Any ideas/suggestions?

UPDATE: Now, the system calculates me a shipment cost of 28,31€
