Problem with shipping cost
I know this problem happened to several costumers (like me) and that it is under investigation, but... if I make a new order with this shop bug, will I get a refund once it is solved?
For those who may not be aware of what bug I am talking about, let me explain it:
2 months ago, I noticed an increase of shipping cost to Spain. I have made 3 orders previously and shipping cost was around 8€. Now, using the same direction, the shop tries to charge me 29,61€ (same products, same estimated weight, same shipping method). I reported it and they started to investigate it.
I don't know how much time they will need in order to fix it, but I want to buy an MMU 2 but I don't know if I will get back the excess money that I have to pay .
Any ideas/suggestions?

I have noticed the same issue. reported to support and not sure if it has been fixed yet.

it's not a issue it's a feature, the online chat told me thats the correct shipping cost 😮
from 7,40 € now 24,42 € 😆
