printing on top of eachother

Hi,

I want to print a door and on top of it I want a logo 1mm thick.
How do I lift the logo 2mm high to sit on top of that door...?

Thanks..!

RE: printing on top of eachother

Assuming you have two parts (stl files), one for the door and one for the logo. First load your door part into your project, then right-click on the part and in the context menu choose "Add part > Load". Select your logo part and then move it to the desired spot on the door. Change to the slicer preview, move the slider on the right hand side of the view to the topmost layer of the door part and then click on the "+" icon on the slider. This will add a color change. If you do not want to change the color of the filament, stop at "move it to the desired spot on the door". Save the project and send it to your printer.

This is what it should look like, A double door and a Sun logo on the two parts of the door.
Thanks for the tip...
