I'm a new user, assembled my printer about a week ago and I was wondering how long it can print in one sitting?

I would suspect that as long as you have adequate cooling and ventilation for the electronics there's not really a duty cycle limit to the machine. I know people use them in print farms that run nearly 24/7. Of course, I would not leave the printer unattended for more than 4 hours or so.

My longest print so far was a little over 70 hours (MK3).
Of course it would be unwise to go straight for such a long print Start small and work your way up. Attend to the little problems and refine the tuning. Pretty soon you will be happy to leave the machine printing for an afternoon, then overnight ... and so on.
