Pinda adjust, xyz cal, or just z?

I don't think this is specific to the 2, 2s, 2.5 or 3... so posting in general...

If you make an adjustment to the Pinda height, do you need to run a full XYZ cal, or can you just do a Z cal, followed by a live Z?

Obviously a full works, and it's not like I adjust it often, but I recently had to do the one on my wife's, and it got me wondering what the point of the Z cal was, and maybe I was wasting time with XYZ.

if you adjust the PINDA on an already calibrated machine the only thing you need to change is Live Z.

XYZ calibrates the three dimensional shape of the printer which does not change when all you adjust is the height of the PINDA sensor.

Thanks, that's what it seemed like, but wanted to be sure.

Outstanding! I had this same question just now after building my printer and came to the forum and it had the answer on the first page.

Thank you.
