PETG warping issues on larger prints

Hey everyone,

I’ve been printing a few larger parts using Prusament PETG on my MK3S+, and I’m running into some consistent warping issues especially on flat, wide surfaces. I’ve made sure my bed is clean and level, and I’m using a PEI smooth sheet with glue stick as a release agent. Still, the edges start lifting after a few layers.

I'm printing at 240°C nozzle and 85°C bed, with a 0.2mm layer height. Enclosure is semi-enclosed, ambient temp around 22°C. I’ve tried slowing down the first layer and increasing bed adhesion but no luck so far.

Has anyone had luck tackling warping on large PETG prints without a full enclosure? Are there slicer tweaks or surface prep tips that work well with Prusament?

Thanks in advance!
