PEI Sheet Damaged

I set the bed temperature to 110 and a bunch of bubbles appeared after a few minutes in the PEI sheet. The sheet is no longer flat, the bubbles have made it lumpy, If I can feel it with my hand, I can't imagine what it will do to prints. Is there a temperature limit on the sheet? I always print PETG and PLA so the temps never go past 85. I'm so sad, I ruined it. As I'm typing this the lumps are getting smaller but I don't think it will go back to normal. The other side has bubbles too but it's flat, not lumpy. I guess I'll use that side from now on. Any thought on what happened, why is there moisture in the sheet??

RE: PEI Sheet Damaged

Those bubbles will go away.  You can help them by pressure on them.

I print PC Blend with 110 on the build plate with no ill effects.
