Order Cancelling

I ordered an MK3S kit about a month ago and was expecting it to ship in about 2 weeks, as it was listed on the website. I still have not gotten it and it has not even shipped yet. I am planning on ordering a different printer from another company because this is ridiculous. I have not found out how to cancel my Prussia order however. Does anyone know if this is possible or how to do it?

go to the eshop page and after a short while, a chat icon should appear in the bottom right hand side of the screen, have a word with support there.

And, as an FYI - your experience is typical.  Prusa is quite rare in their treatment of customers with orders.  For the most part, they eventually ship, but there have been cases where people waited more than a year.  But personally, more than a two week delay is long enough.  And at six weeks you are close to the end of credit card safety net... so best to have tried to cancel at the end of that six weeks and start bugging the CC company for a refund.

My order tool 6 weeks to ship.  I was informed all the way.
