Online live support?
What's happened to the online live support? I don't know if I'm just being a bit dumb and not seeing how to connect with / request online support, or has it been removed?
Go to Prusa e-shop, sign in, and you'll see "Chat now" balloon in bottom right corner of the screen.

Working fore me currently so its not a shop side problem.
Doesn't work in Chrome, but does in Firefox.
Works in Firefox.
I was using Chrome on Windows 10 and it was working fine, so once again I don't think its any problem at Prusa's end.
Don't forget pihole and the like

Hi all,
Thanks for the responses, and my apologies for the incredibly slow reply.
I use Firefox, properly minimally secured. I tried the livechat in Safari (completely unsecured), and it worked. I raised it as an issue with the person who was helping me (as usual, Prusa's online support was excellent - it should be noted that I have persuaded people to buy Prusa purely on the strength of the online support chat).

That is ... extremely worrying. In general web developers seem to have a lot to learn about client security, and I say this as someone who's done web development. To be fair, at least some of this is due to a lack of understanding by, uh ... "management structures" ... and is the cause of many software development issues, everywhere.
