Nozzle Brazz is blocked in the heatbreak with filament breakage - how do I unblock it?

Hi,

I currently have the issue that a Nozzle Brazz went to me. The material is broken in the heatbreak. I can heat it up with a needle and pierce it, but it's no use because no material can reach the area of the heatbreak, let alone overcome this narrow point in any way... I have already tried using a hot air dryer at 500 degrees. I was actually hoping that if I stretched it diagonally over the hair dryer, it would drip out over time. Unfortunately this is not the case (so far)... Has anyone ever had this and knows a way to fix it? It doesn't matter whether MK4 or XL - it's exactly the same... In any case, I'm still experimenting. Unfortunately, the way to remove

Heat it up using a blow torch or a gas stove, it will burn the blockage out.

HI Digibike.

Can you attach a photo of your problem, always better than 1,000 words.

Thanks

You might want to try using a solvent specific to the material that’s clogged, as this can sometimes dissolve the obstruction. Another approach is to use a specialized cleaning filament designed for clearing nozzles and heatbreaks. If all else fails, replacing the heatbreak might be necessary.
