No Live Chat?
I've been trying to use the live chat function on their eshop and nothing i've done gets it to show up. I'm logged in and on the correct page, i've disabled all ad-blocking and tried 4 different browsers and 2 different machines with no success.
I've all but given up on getting it to work and the email support hasn't been great to be honest. They're slow to respond and the 6 hour time difference doesn't help matters. By the time I'm at work and reading their response, it's practically the end of the business day over there.

popup blocker?
RE: No Live Chat?
Using Firefox.
I just clicked the EShop tab at the top of this page.
A Chat button shows up at the bottom right. You probably have to be logged in.
If none of that works for you - no ideas...
RE: No Live Chat?
Pi-hole will block it, also try disabling your AV and firewall.

try disabling your AV and firewall.
That's a terrible suggestion. don't do this, it's dangerous.
RE: No Live Chat?
I have just about every ad/cookie/pop-up blocker there is, 90% of the web does not work for me (and that's okay); but I still see the chat box come up. But you must be logged in to the account you ordered your printer with. I just checked, and it is still that way:

Oh, of course it is. How stupid of me to try to help. OP, ignore me completely.

Getting someone's computer infected with who knows what from the internet is hardly helping now, is it? And unless you have a *very* unusual network setup, (and you'd know if you'd set it up that way), this suggestion's risk far outweighs the odds it'll actually help. Typical AV and firewall setups just don't work like that.
